Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Skybin Technology Private Limited ("Skybin," "we," "us," or "our") will issue refunds for Form Fuse subscriptions. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and this policy is designed to be fair to all customers.

All payments for Form Fuse are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means your payment, invoice, and any refund are handled by Paddle on our behalf. Charges on your bank or card statement will appear as "PADDLE.NET* FORMFUSE" or similar.

By subscribing to any paid plan of Form Fuse, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this Refund Policy as well as Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan carries no charges and therefore no refunds are applicable. You may use the Free plan indefinitely without any financial obligation, and you may upgrade or cancel at any time.

3. AppSumo Early Customer Plan

Form Fuse offers a limited early-customer deal exclusively through AppSumo: a one-time payment of $59 USD for 3 years of Pro plan access. This deal is available only during the designated AppSumo campaign window and is subject to the terms below.

Refund window: AppSumo purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this window, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

How to request a refund: Refund requests for AppSumo purchases must be submitted directly through AppSumo's platform. Do not contact Form Fuse billing — AppSumo is the Merchant of Record for these transactions and handles all refund processing.

  • No partial refunds are issued for AppSumo purchases.
  • The 14-day refund window begins on the date of purchase, regardless of when you activate or use the product.
  • After the 3-year term expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. You may subscribe to a paid plan at the then-current market price. No locked or discounted renewal rate is guaranteed.
  • The AppSumo deal is non-transferable and valid for a single Form Fuse account only.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. We send renewal reminder notifications to your registered email address before each renewal date so you have the opportunity to cancel before you are charged.

New subscriptions: Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will activate and you will be billed. No refund will be issued for charges resulting from failure to cancel before the trial period ends.

Renewals: Because reminder notifications are sent in advance, no refund will be issued for renewal charges under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current period.
  • Upgrades: When upgrading mid-cycle, we will apply a pro-rated credit from your current plan toward the new plan cost.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading, the pro-rated difference for remaining days will be credited to your account balance for future billing.

5. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds are not issued as a general rule. However, they may be granted at our sole discretion in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error.
  • Extended service outage: Form Fuse experiences a verified, continuous downtime of more than 72 hours during a paid billing period, resulting in material inability to use the service.
  • Billing error on our part: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing or system error.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI classification accuracy (see our Terms of Service regarding AI accuracy) — pro-rata cancellation remains available
  • Third-party integration failures outside our control (Slack, Discord, webhooks, etc.)
  • New subscription charges after the 3-day (72-hour) refund window has passed.
  • Renewal charges under any circumstances. Renewal reminder notifications are sent in advance; it is the customer's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current period.
  • You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the billing period.
  • Your account is downgraded to the Free plan once the paid period expires.
  • Submission history and form configurations are preserved for 30 days after downgrade, after which data may be pruned to Free-plan limits.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within an eligible refund window.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Form Fuse account
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details supporting your request

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — Form Fuse". We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for processing.

9. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it is issued through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record:

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and cannot be redirected to a different account or method.
  • Paddle typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any foreign exchange differences are outside our and Paddle's control.
  • Paddle will send you a refund confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • If you have a dispute about a charge and cannot reach us, you may also contact Paddle's support directly at paddle.com/support.

10. Promotional and Discounted Plans

Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted price are subject to the same refund windows as regular subscriptions. However, if a refund is issued for a discounted plan, only the amount actually charged (not the standard list price) will be refunded.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect existing subscribers will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Form Fuse after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
